Houston, We Have A Problem

I invited Robi for dinner. I used my microwave for a total of five minutes and had no problem with the generator.
When I tried to turn on the generator again, it was a no go.

Robi checked the oil and there seemed to be no problem. The fuse looked fine. Hmmm.....best to let it sleep overnight and see what tomorrow brings. There are plenty of handy men that can take a look at it tomorrow if it is still having problems. Worst case scenario is I will leave earlier than anticipated, but I am not ready to leave just yet. Having too much fun.

I went to the infamous Range last night (Google was filming, which is a whole nother story), went to the hot mud springs tonight and tomorrow I have plans for an ATV ride.

I have been taking lots of pictures but will have to wait until I can use my laptop before posting.

It's a bit like being at a Mad Hatters tea party:).

  1. It should have a reset button. Look at your manual or try to find it. It should be on the front of your generator somewhere. Mine did that once & I studied the manual to find it. It did the trick! Good luck. Mine was at the top front of my genny.
A friend's rig also has to plug into itself for her genny to run. Mine isnt' like that, but some are, so check that as well if yours is like that.

  2. I'm jealous, you went ATV'ing in the dessert? What fun. Hope your generator fixes itself.

  3. I had a similar problem and it was the generator's breaker that had flipped off. It's located on the front of my generator. I flipped it back on and that fixed my problem. Good luck.
