The Jail

Sporting my New Cowgirl Hat
Priscilla has been visiting for a few days and on one of the nicer days I unhooked and took us into Tombstone.  For a town I originally didn't like that much, I grow fonder with each visit.

We must have been very bad because when we entered Big Nose Kate's Saloon for lunch we were immediately instructed to "go to The Jail".  Turns out the Jail was an enclosed area on a platform with a stunning window mural.  The elevated platform also gave us a perfect view of the live entertainment.
Nice View in the Jail
This town with vigilante justice sent us to the Jail where we had a great lunch and enjoyed good live music.  I drank a beer with lunch and it was the kind of place where if I stayed for awhile and drank a few more beers I could easily envision myself getting rowdy and firing a few bullets into the walls.

Maybe it's the Land talking, or maybe it's my new cowgirl hat.

  1. Love the pics and I'm so jealous!!! I've been wanting to go there for ages and can never seem to make time. Soon one day I'll have all the time to go where I want!
